We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to drive innovation and ensure the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability in our technology ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Development Excellence – Implement and review Java/Spring Boot services and Angular modules, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Drive High-Impact Design – Own high‐level and component‐level designs across backend, frontend, and infrastructure, shaping scalable and sustainable architectures.
• Collaborate & Strategize – Work closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, and the Engineering Head to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor & Guide – Conduct code reviews, provide technical leadership, and mentor both contractors and in-house engineers to foster growth and best practices.
• Be Agile & Adaptive – Participate actively in sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), contributing to a dynamic and efficient development cycle.

What You Must Bring:

• Extensive Development Expertise – A seasoned background in software development, with recent experience leading architecture or technical-focused initiatives.
• Mastery in Core Technologies – Proven proficiency in Java with Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript, ensuring scalable and efficient applications.
• Cloud-Native Experience – Hands-on AWS production experience with key services such as ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Route 53, and CloudFront, optimizing cloud-based solutions.
• Data Engineering with Databricks – Competency in Databricks for data storage and pipeline development, ensuring seamless data flows.
• API & Integration Expert – Strong experience integrating third-party platforms and external APIs, navigating various data formats for effective interoperability.

Bonus Skills That Set You Apart:

• Hybrid-Mobile Development – Familiarity with Ionic, React Native, or Flutter, adding versatility to multi-platform applications.
• AWS Certifications – Holding AWS credentials is a plus, demonstrating expertise in cloud infrastructure and services.
