Your role and responsibilities

1. Design the technical architecture of the Salesforce environment, focusing on Media Cloud and its components.
2. Lead technical decisions and support the development of integration strategies with legacy systems and external platforms.
3. Translate complex business requirements into sustainable and scalable technical solutions.
4. Ensure platform governance, including performance, security, usage limits, and best practices.
5. Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
6. Act as a technical advisor to internal teams and clients.

Required technical and professional expertise

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect responsible for leading technical decisions in a Salesforce Media Cloud project, ensuring the solution architecture meets business requirements, is scalable, secure, and adheres to Salesforce best practices.

This professional acts as a bridge between business and technology teams, serving as a technical reference in the project. The ideal candidate should have experience in:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect in Salesforce projects.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Core (Sales, Service Cloud).
• Deep understanding of Media Cloud or Communication Cloud.
• Experience with data modeling, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
• Knowledge of content personalization strategies and audience management in media projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
