Kemira seeks an Area Manager for its PH&S group in Brazil. This role involves managing key client accounts and leading a sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, alongside experience in sales and strategic leadership, fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth.

Area Manager, PH&S, Brazil

We are now looking for an Area Manager, PH&S for our PH&S group in Brazil.

What you’ll bring to the team:
Main Accountabilities:
  • Establish and build strong, senior-level client relationships with key accounts
  • Lead a specific area sales team, building sustainable relationships and seeking business growth
  • Coordinate the account, including customer pricing, with the aim of meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
  • Develop profitable business with designated accounts and retain and deepen long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate internally to ensure consistent ways of working as perceived by the key account
  • Manage trade receivables and delivery/invoicing claims
  • Expand sales, introduce new products/applications to clients, and organize visits to current and/or potential accounts
  • Submit customer relationship plans, assess future client needs, and prepare sales strategies using available marketing programs to reach targets
  • Support the development of demand forecasts in your area

Impact: Develop and manage a very large customer account(s) to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Decision making: Contribute to decision making at local, regional, and national levels.

Knowhow & Education:

Knowhow: Seasoned professional knowledge in sales, broad business understanding, strong tactical leadership, and influencing skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering and fluency in English.
