Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue-generating sales strategies, consistently surpassing targets.
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in closing deals and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs through thorough regional market analysis.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations of our equipment and solutions for physicians, clinics, and medical professionals.
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of key opinion leaders.
  • Identify, participate in, and represent Quartier Latin at industry events, congresses, and trade fairs.
  • Collaborate to reach team goals and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Prospect, engage, and build strong relationships with new potential clients.
  • Ensure exceptional post-sales support, delivering solid and lasting customer relationships.
  • Expand the client base, fostering sustainable business growth.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ experience in sales—preferably in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, and/or dermatology
  • Hands-on experience with medical devices/equipment or clinical photography software
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Exceptional client service approach
  • Proactivity, organization, and the ability to self-manage in a dynamic, lean team environment
  • Availability for frequent travel

Salary/Commission: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Reports to: Sales Director Americas
