OfficeTwo is seeking an Architect to join our project coordination team, supporting US-based construction and design firms. The hybrid, full-time role involves preparing architectural drawings, permit sets, coordinating with PMs, engineers, contractors, and clients, and ensuring code compliance and documentation accuracy.

You will work with CAD or BIM software, have 2+ years of professional architectural experience, a Bachelor's in Architecture, and strong English communication.

• Experience with AutoCAD; Revit experience is a strong plus.

Architect | Project Coordination & US Construction Permitting

Hybrid | Full Time

We are building our talent pool of skilled Architects to support a variety of US-based construction and design companies.

If you have a strong architectural background, enjoy coordinating projects, and are interested in learning or expanding your experience with US construction permitting, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities may vary depending on the client, but can include:

• Preparing architectural drawings and construction documents
• Developing permit sets for residential and commercial projects
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients
• Reviewing plans for code compliance and permit requirements
• Tracking project progress and maintaining accurate documentation
• Assisting with project scheduling and coordination
• Updating drawings based on client feedback and field conditions
• Working with CAD or BIM software to produce high-quality plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 2+ years of professional architectural experience
• Experience with AutoCAD. Revit experience is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and documentation
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Project coordination or project management experience is a plus
• Experience preparing permit sets for US projects is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Starting at USD$2,000 per month, with higher compensation available based on experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
