About the opportunity:

1. Outlier is looking for talented writers with fluency in Arabic (UAE) to help train generative artificial intelligence models.
2. This freelance opportunity is remote, with flexible hours, allowing you to work whenever is best for you.
3. Your tasks will include reading Arabic (UAE) text to rank responses produced by an AI, writing short stories in Arabic (UAE) on given topics, and assessing the factual accuracy of AI-generated Arabic (UAE) text.

Examples of desirable expertise:

1. Experience as a professional translator.
2. Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities or related writing field.
3. Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

Payment:

1. Average pay rate for core project work by Arabic (UAE) writing experts is USD $12.5 per hour.
2. Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Some projects include incentive payments. Please review specific payment terms for each project.
