Responsibilities:
- Assist with reception, telephone service, and other administrative activities across operational, administrative, and maintenance sectors under supervision.
- Help update daily and monthly production and maintenance controls to ensure data and indicators are current.
- Record doubts and complaints, resolving them within your competence or directing them to appropriate areas for resolution.
- Collect and verify signatures on meal and transportation voucher lists to maintain usage records.
- Organize and archive documents in accordance with internal policies and legislation.
- Assist in monitoring vehicle usage to maintain accurate historical records.
- Support the organization and monitoring of complaints and service orders, ensuring demands are addressed.
- Share operational notices with team leaders.
- Participate in home visits to provide guidance on waste disposal practices and record data collected in the field for future decision-making.
- Receive and manage documents and correspondence for administrative sectors.
- Assist in controlling periodic exams and appointment scheduling to comply with current legislation.
- Help organize events, prepare materials, and support emerging needs.
Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st grade)
