Une entreprise innovante dans le secteur de l'énergie recherche un Assistant Administratif pour soutenir les activités de gestion documentaire et d'administration de bureau. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme de niveau secondaire, de bonnes compétences en communication et une attitude proactive. Ce poste de 4 heures par jour offre une opportunité d'apprentissage dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualificações

  • Diplôme de niveau secondaire requis.
  • Compétences de base en organisation et gestion de documents.
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) appréciée.

Responsabilidades

  • Assister dans la gestion du contrôle des documents.
  • Mettre à jour et surveiller la documentation partagée avec les clients.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe sur d'autres activités administratives.

Job Description
Responsibilities
  1. Assist in document control management.
  2. Ensure proper organization and filing of documents, keeping them updated and accessible when needed.
  3. Apply confidentiality labels to sensitive information in documents, respecting the company's information security guidelines.
  4. Review personal documents and assist in data entry in global and local systems.
  5. Update and monitor shared documentation with clients, ensuring versions are correct and valid.
  6. Collaborate with the team on other related administrative activities when necessary.
  7. Provide support in office administration activities.
Necessary Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic skills in organization and document management.
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Respect for confidentiality and discretion of information.
  • Availability to work a daily schedule of 4 hours.
