We're looking for an Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team and book qualified meetings for our clients. You'll be on the front lines of outbound, working high‑volume calling campaigns across multiple industries. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to coast—we run aggressive targets and expect consistent execution.
Minimum 1 year of cold calling or appointment setting experience in B2B.
Proven track record of hitting quota—bring your numbers.
Comfortable with rejection and high‑volume activity.
Clear, professional phone presence.
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and professional setup.
Coachable with a no‑excuses attitude toward performance.
Experience in lead‑gen agencies or sales development roles.
Familiarity with dialers, CRMs, and outbound tech stacks.
Background calling into professional services, manufacturing, or mid‑market B2B.
Base + performance bonuses tied to meetings booked. Top performers earn significantly more. Details discussed during interviews.
