We’re looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to identify and engage leads across LinkedIn and email, book discovery calls, and fuel our sales pipeline. You’ll be the first human touchpoint in our sales process—and a critical part of our growth engine.

What You’ll Do
  • Source and qualify leads based on clear criteria
  • Cold message and follow up with prospects via LinkedIn and email
  • Book discovery calls and free audits for our sales team
  • Manage and update your sales funnel daily
  • Collaborate with leadership on scripts and outreach improvements
  • Maintain records and report progress to your supervisor
  • Hit daily / weekly goals while staying human and consultative
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year experience in appointment setting or online sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with funnel management and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A consultative, value-driven approach to outreach
  • Comfortable working 9–5 PM EST (remote, full-time)
  • At least B2-level conversational English
