Your job will involve making calls on the dialer and setting appointments in the solar industry. The most important requirement is that you have a really good American accent and speak fluent English.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting cold calls to potential clients, introducing our solar and water solutions services.
Qualifying leads and gathering key information to schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintaining accurate records of all calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Following up on leads via email or phone to ensure timely appointments.
Requirements:
Call center experience.
Seeking long-term work.
Available for 8 hours a day (EST time).
Willing to learn and interested in commissions.
Good internet connection.
Work with camera on during calls.
