Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand commercial and go-to-market processes, goals, and pain points, and develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct research and analysis of industry trends, emerging technologies, benchmarking and digital best practices to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, set priorities, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- Assess existing commercial and go-to-market processes, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement, and design digital solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Leverage digital technologies, such as customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation tools, e-commerce platforms (B2B and B2C), and data analytics, to enhance customer experience, accelerate sales cycles, and optimize Process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance
- 8+ years experience in Systems & Applications.
- A track record of successful roles in 5 or more large implementation projects.
- Advanced level of English
- Desirable: Postgraduate and specialization / SAP certification(s)
Key Competencies
- Strong Go to Market and Commercial process knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and ability to tailor Agile practices to fit the specific project and organizational needs.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for clear communication with business stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams,
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure and Sales Force.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience on integration technologies and protocols, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP
- Proficient in programming languages and frameworks commonly used such as C# and Python are desirable.
