ThunderSoft in São Paulo is seeking an Application Operation Specialist to ensure the stable operation of application systems. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, providing technical support, and collaborating with development teams.

The ideal candidate should have a college degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in application operation. Familiarity with ITIL and relevant technical certifications is a plus. English fluency is required.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the application system to ensure its stable operation.
2. Monitor and analyze application performance, identify and resolve system issues.
3. Assist in the deployment and upgrade of application systems to ensure a smooth transition.
4. Maintain operation and maintenance documents, record system changes and operation manuals.
5. Provide technical support to solve technical problems raised by customers and internal teams.
6. Assist in conducting system health checks, prevent potential risks, and provide improvement suggestions.
7. Collaborate with the development team to support the development and testing environment of application systems.

Educational Background

College degree or above in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related majors (equivalent overseas education).

At least 3 years of experience in application operation and maintenance or system management.

Certification Requirements

1. Familiar with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices for application operation and maintenance.
2. Holders of relevant technical certifications (such as RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, etc.) are preferred.

Skill Requirements

1. Familiar with common application maintenance tools (such as Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and automated maintenance technologies (such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.), with the ability to troubleshoot system failures and optimize performance.
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Python, Java, Shell, etc.) is preferred.
3. Have experience in database management (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
4. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with development teams and other technical teams.

Language Requirements

Fluent English communication skills, capable of conducting professional oral and written communication.
