What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Master complex software applications, integrations, and reports within the clinical research industry
- Assist new customers in understanding their current business processes and implementing technological solutions
- Develop and document business requirements and application scenarios using use cases
- Build strong relationships with customer project teams to ensure successful implementation
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for new and implementing customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare technology
- At least 3 years’ proven experience navigating, configuring, and troubleshooting software settings across multiple platforms
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent client communication and oral presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Subject Matter Expert in eClinical solutions including eRegulatory, eSource, and eConsent
- Demonstrated experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMSs) and clinical research processes
- Experience with integrating a CTMS with other common systems (e.g., EMR, EDC)
- Familiarity with operational and regulatory reporting in support of clinical research
- Experience with clinical research financial operations
