· This will be a client-facing Developer Role with strong hands-on development responsibilities and experience.

· Analyzing business requirements.

· Designing and developing software applications using C# .NET technologies, including application architecture, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

· Leading and mentoring a team of developers.

· Good understanding of Design Patterns.

· Ensuring that the software application is scalable, maintainable, and secure by implementing best practices, design patterns, and code reviews.

· Identify risks, project planning and execution, track progress, and ensure the project is delivered on time.

· Staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies in C# .NET development.

· Identifying opportunities for process improvements and technical innovation.

· Collaborating with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks.

· Experience in AGILE / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
