Main Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and control key performance indicators;
  2. Encourage self-development among team members through constant feedback, fostering a motivating environment;
  3. Evaluate team performance using operation reports to identify training, development, and focused work needs;
  4. Engage the team to improve their activities and motivate them to deliver results;
  5. Supervise team results through available reports;
  6. Focus on customer care;
  7. Handle customer demands with agility and attention;
  8. Present oneself and results effectively;
  9. Lead a team responsible for anti-fraud evaluations via video calls.
Requirements and Skills
  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or be pursuing one in Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, Financial Management, or related fields;
  • Desirable experience in Back Office, autonomous team management, with a hands-on approach involving strategy and planning;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365 tools, Forms, SharePoint);
  • Experience as an Operations Supervisor;
  • Understanding of NPS and C-SAT is desirable;
  • Sense of ownership;

Additional Information

Salary

R$ 2,771.24

Working Hours

Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:17, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 16:17

Work Schedule

Approximately 218:45 hours per month | 6x1 shift with Sundays off.
