As an Antifraud, Payments & Risk Analyst, you will ensure that payment requests are evaluated and processed on time, both in and out of customers' accounts. You will also ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to fraud and risk prevention. The ideal candidate will be reliable, a problem-solver, possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills.

We're looking for someone who:

• Wants to develop their career in the payment, antifraud, and risk department;
• Is detail-oriented and an analytical problem-solver;
• Is inquisitive and alert to irregular activity;
• Is innovative and can identify opportunities for process improvements;
• Has good written and spoken English;
• Is willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
• Has experience working in the sports betting industry;
• Has knowledge of antifraud validation tools.

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform risk assessments of new and existing players at various stages;
• Ensure all payment transactions are processed accurately and timely, complying with procedures;
• Handle and verify KYC documents;
• Collaborate with the AML department;
• Assist the Customer Service team with payments, risk-related queries, and processing withdrawals;
• Communicate with team members of various nationalities, including Polish, Romanian, Croatian, and Serbian;
• Assess and escalate cases as needed;
• Coordinate with service providers to resolve payment issues and provide high service levels to players;
• Research and resolve fraud cases involving credit card fraud, bank fraud, identity theft, etc.;
• Contribute to workflow and procedure improvements;
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
