Responsibilities

• Perform legal-strategic analysis of bidding processes to mitigate risks and ensure client retention and entry.
• Prepare official documents, requests, appeals, counterarguments, complaints, representations, monitor legal actions, and manage relationships with third-party law firms.

Requirements

• Complete Law degree
• Experience in Public, Administrative, and Civil Law
• Mandatory OAB registration
• Knowledge of Law 8666 and 14.133
• Numerical skills (financial mathematics) - Desirable
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• English proficiency - a plus
