Lead cybersecurity for OT/IACS environments by implementing policies, controls, risk analyses, and secure integration between IT and OT to ensure the protection of industrial systems.
Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls for OT/IACS environments
Conduct risk assessments and security audits on industrial systems, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing mitigation strategies
Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure secure integration between corporate and industrial systems
Manage firewalls, network segmentation, and other OT-specific security measures
Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analyses, and prepare post-incident reports
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and ISO 27001
Design, deliver, and support cybersecurity awareness training for operational and technical teams
Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in OT/IACS cybersecurity
Participate in planning and executing penetration tests and cyberattack simulations in OT environments
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
Preferred certifications: ISA/IEC 62443 Expert or equivalent, SANS GICSP or equivalent
Advanced or fluent proficiency in English
