What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Co-develop and execute plans leveraging employer solutions for revenue growth and market share
- Provide proactive consulting solutions to clients regarding data and processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce client-facing presentations demonstrating analytic solution value
- Engage stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and integration of employer solutions
- Act as a project leader for developing and delivering analytical solutions such as score validations and custom fraud models
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field of study or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in credit risk and fraud analytics or related consulting roles within the financial services industry
- Deep expertise in consumer lending products and associated fraud types
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience with fraud detection platforms and data analytics tools (SQL, Python, R)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar
- Experience with machine learning and AI applications in fraud detection
- MBA or graduate degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a client-facing sales or consulting role with excellent communication skills
