The Analytics Implementation Specialist role is situated within the Data & Analytics team, where we focus on supporting clients’ digital transformation journeys by implementing robust data capture, analytics, and infrastructure solutions. Our projects influence and optimize digital experiences for global clients such as Kraft Heinz, NFL, Moderna, Lululemon, and others, utilizing industry-leading tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and cutting-edge data intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

As an Analytics Implementation Specialist within our Data & Analytics team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver consistent, high-quality digital analytics implementations supporting our clients’ digital transformation initiatives. You will:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain scalable analytics systems using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, Snowplow, ContentSquare, Mixpanel, and other relevant platforms.
  • Implement and optimize tag management solutions and data layer architectures, with a preference for Adobe Launch and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data feeds.
  • Collaborate closely with data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective analytics solutions and technical specifications.
  • Conduct rigorous QA and validation of data capture mechanisms and analytics reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Create detailed documentation including data dictionaries, QA workflows, and implementation guides.
  • Support the development of presentations and strategic recommendations to senior management and business teams, facilitating adoption and operationalization of analytics insights.
  • Stay current with emerging technical trends, best practices in analytics implementation, and contribute to shaping the direction of the Data & Analytics discipline within Apply Digital.

About You

We are looking for a motivated Analytics Implementation Specialist with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience implementing digital analytics solutions using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch. Familiarity with other tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium is also important. You should possess strong front-end web development skills including expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a solid understanding of the DOM to successfully implement and troubleshoot analytics tags.

An understanding of basic statistics and machine learning concepts is valuable, especially related to validating data sources for analytical models. Experience in gathering business requirements through interviews and translating these into technical designs is essential. Knowledge of data modeling, architecture principles, and analytics infrastructure design is a plus.

Equally important is your ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, and act with empathy and ownership. Your English language fluency is critical, as this role supports a global client base operating across multiple time zones. Nice to have

Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Conviva, and emerging analytics platforms is a strong asset. Familiarity with Snowplow, Mixpanel, and other advanced data intelligence tools will further enhance your contributions. Understanding advanced data architecture and being involved in designing scalable data layer solutions and data feeds for enterprise digital ecosystems is desirable. Prior exposure to agile development environments and pod-based team structures will help you align quickly with our delivery framework. Participation in or facilitation of training and documentation efforts to promote analytics maturity across teams adds further value.
