A global energy and commodities solutions provider is seeking a candidate to analyze gas markets in Latin America and the Caribbean. The role involves quantitative research, report creation, and client relationship management. Applicants should have a relevant degree, experience in the energy sector, and strong communication skills in English and either Spanish or Portuguese. Strong tools knowledge in Microsoft Office, Python, and SQL is preferred.

About the role
The Team: This position is for the Americas Gas team, with team members in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil. We are part of the Research and Analytics Solutions business line that includes analysts from Upstream, Oil, Fuel and Chemicals, Gas and LNG, Power and Renewables, Agriculture and Metals, and Shipping.
The focus of this position is on gas markets across Latin American and Caribbean gas markets, to provide quantitative and qualitative research, create regular and stand-alone reports, and support local events for a wide client base from across the energy value chain.
