Your Day to Day

  • Monitor market payment performance daily, focusing on Bank Declines, External Fraud Declines, and Internal Fraud Declines.
  • Review market Chargeback rates and support markets handling chargebacks.
  • Detect fraudulent activities outside of Payment fraud (ATO, Referral abuse, Promo Abuse, Lending Abuse, New Registrations, Replacement/Refund Abuse).
  • Analyze market trends for long-term fraudulent activities.
  • Contribute to enhancing Fraud Strategies.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to assigned market stakeholders.
  • Document Fraud Cases adequately.
  • Prepare and present Market Business Reviews.
  • Contribute to new initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with and support team members.

What Are We Looking For

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in fraud management within B2C environments.
  • Proven success in collaboration, decision-making, and process orientation.
  • Good command of English and excellent team player skills.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and Excel.
