Human Resources Specialist Responsibilities
  1. Support HR strategies aligned with business goals and company policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal standards.
  2. Assist management with HR processes and provide support to employees regarding HR activities.
  3. Interface between internal clients and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to develop and implement HR initiatives.
  4. Support recruitment and selection processes, managing relationships with service providers and Talent Acquisition teams, and advising hiring managers on profiles and candidate evaluation.
  5. Maintain the company's image during the recruitment process, guiding all involved parties.
  6. Manage onboarding processes for new employees.
  7. Implement and monitor performance evaluation processes.
  8. Address training needs aligned with organizational and individual development strategies.
  9. Contribute to internal HR communications and stay updated on market practices.
  10. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to inform HR actions.
  11. Support labor process activities involving unions and employees when necessary.
  12. Assist with audits and inspections, providing required documentation under supervisor guidance.
  13. Support climate surveys and implement improvement actions within areas of responsibility.
  14. Act as an internal change agent supporting transition and communication initiatives.
  15. Partner with Ethics and Compliance departments as a business partner.
