What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze assigned line of business agent systems and processes to support and improve operations for agents and customers
- Develop and deliver training materials and updates based on business needs, analytics, and feedback
- Maintain online help resources and documentation for customer-facing websites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure agent success and process efficiency
- Manage feedback from agents regarding documentation and implement necessary changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of web authoring and/or production experience in a business-to-consumer or business-to-business environment
- Experience developing and delivering training curriculum for various audience levels
- Demonstrated ability to elicit and document requirements clearly and concisely
- Proven experience analyzing reports to identify trends, issues, and customer opportunities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of web authoring and/or production experience OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with SalesForce and contact center operations
- Knowledge of technical design processes and web languages, such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience developing client relationships and consulting skills
