Qualificações

  • Experiência em marketing de aquisição ou precificação em telecomunicações, fintechs ou serviços recorrentes.
  • Experiência com gerenciamento de P&L e design de ofertas.
  • Experiência com estratégias omnicanal.

Responsabilidades

  • Executar análises baseadas em modelagem estatística e conceitos avançados de marketing.
  • Desenvolver ofertas de aquisição e otimização.
  • Avaliar resultados de campanhas e propostas de melhorias.

Analista Pricing – Fidelização/Retenção Pequenas Empresas

Join to apply for the Analista Pricing – Fidelização/Retenção Pequenas Empresas role at Claro Brasil.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform analyses based on statistical modeling and advanced marketing concepts such as price and demand curves, elasticity, market saturation, segmentation, Product Lifecycle, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Develop and optimize acquisition offers (packages, plans, discounts, promotional conditions).
  • Conduct price elasticity and offer sensitivity analyses by customer profile.
  • Continuously map and monitor competitors (benchmarking of plans and campaigns).
  • Assess, project impacts, and propose counteractions against competitors’ initiatives.
  • Conduct market and consumer behavior studies by region/socioeconomic profile.
  • Collaborate with offers, BI, product, and sales teams to ensure coherent actions and an integrated view of impacts across the organization.
  • Engage with leadership and sales teams to gather feedback, challenges, and needs based on regional operations.
  • Present and defend strategies and actions to leadership and sales teams, demonstrating tactical direction and rationale.
  • Evaluate campaign and offer results, proposing continuous improvements.
  • Monitor competitiveness of offers and products using internal data and market insights.
  • Track product and offer performance throughout their cycles, providing solutions involving offers, product positioning, pricing, and segmentation.
  • Project the impacts of proposed actions on key business indicators.
  • Work closely with IT teams and agile squads, prioritizing deliveries, validating scopes, and ensuring system evolution supports product vision and commercial goals.

  • Flexibility to challenge existing paradigms and seek innovative, sustainable solutions for competitive advantage, balancing economic, environmental, and social interests.

Essential Requirements:

  • Residence in São Paulo.
  • Degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in acquisition marketing or pricing in telecom, fintech, or recurring service companies.
  • Background in retention or loyalty campaigns.
  • Participation in launch or repositioning projects.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (product, BI, media, sales).
  • Experience with omnichannel strategies (digital, telesales, door-to-door, POS).
  • Financial modeling and economic viability analysis experience.
  • Experience with P&L management, offer design, and working in multidisciplinary squads.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Preferred:

  • Postgraduate/MBA in Product Management, Marketing, or related areas.
  • Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar tools for data analysis and insights extraction.
