Job Description

We are seeking a professional to work as a Finance Analyst, responsible for providing strategic support to different areas of the business, contributing to financial management, performance analysis, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support financial management and planning of the commercial area, including expense control and analysis.
  • Support the billing area in monitoring receivable indicators, payment deadlines, and financial planning.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analyzes by channel and customer, focusing on sales volume and profitability.
  • Strategic financial management of the Omnichannel (e-commerce) channel.
  • Be a financial partner to the Sales Compensation team, supporting target calculations and analyzing sales force results.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Completed higher education.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong influencing and analysis skills.
  • Experience with office package (Excel, Power Point).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 times a week in the office).
  • Intermediate English.
