BD is seeking aSupply Chain professional in Sao Paulo to monitor purchase orders, provide visibility on supply constraints, and manage replenishment for critical SKUs. The role requires strong analytics, cross-functional communication, and experience with forecasting in complex supply chains.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in business or engineering with an advanced specialization in supply chain, planning, or analytics, plus LATAM/global experience and English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Production, Industrial, Logistics), Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Planning, or Analytics preferred.
• Specialized training in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Forecasting.
• Differentiators in LATAM/global environments and complex supply chains.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely execution and system accuracy.
• Provide visibility on supply constraints, risks, and expected availability dates to stakeholders.
• Analyze inventory coverage (DOS) and identify root causes of deviations, driving corrective actions.
• Manage replenishment for ROP and MTO SKUs to ensure continuity of supply.
• Track and mitigate backorders (BO) to minimize customer impact.
• Support business inquiries and ensure clear, timely communication.
• Oversee Phase-In / Phase-Out processes to ensure smooth product transitions.
• Ensure supply readiness for key projects.
• Maintain planning parameters and review inventory policies (e.g., DOH).
• Ensure availability and tracking of equipment and components, including forecast alignment.
