Qualificações

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team in Sorocaba, Brazil. The role involves balancing plant resources and demands according to the Production Plan, coordinating logistics activities, planning production lines, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring deadlines with internal and external customers. The position also includes planning new orders and projects in collaboration with various departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Define and implement strategies for maintaining FG and WIP inventory levels aligned with sales forecasts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Participate in planning meetings (SOP, Pre-SOP) to coordinate between Commercial and Industrial areas, balancing customer needs and production capacity.
  3. Develop and optimize production planning, scheduling, and materials management tools for agility and accuracy.
  4. Update and maintain the plant's Production Planning to meet delivery deadlines and service levels.
  5. Prepare logistics control, SOP, inventory, and production reports for decision-making support.
  6. Align raw material planning with production needs to meet deadlines.
  7. Participate in ACCs/ACOs to determine appropriate logistics strategies based on customer needs.
  8. Set production deadlines considering manufacturing capacity, labor, and customer requirements.
  9. Issue production orders (OPs) in SAP with deadlines for MTS and MTO orders.
  10. Monitor OPs to ensure compliance, predict delays, and coordinate corrective actions with the Commercial team.
  11. Execute production planning and control, analyzing sales, stock, and other relevant data.
  12. Follow up daily production phases, addressing fluctuations.
  13. Communicate product status and bottlenecks to reduce lead time.
  14. Participate in meetings with other departments to coordinate sales and production portfolios.
  15. Review production orders and correct deviations as needed.
  16. Engage in ongoing training and development activities.
  17. Contribute to maintaining the company's Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance and participation in relevant training.
Candidate Profile:
  • Higher Education in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics (desirable).
  • At least 3 years of experience in related roles like Logistics/Supply Chain Analyst or Coordinator.
  • Mandatory knowledge of the S&OP process.
  • English proficiency (desirable).
  • Hybrid work format: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
