Job Description

• Manage the complete import process, from invoice issuance to delivery at the distribution center, verifying documentation according to company policies and local legislation.
• Interact with foreign and local suppliers to exchange information related to import processes, as negotiated by procurement or the business.
• Coordinate with the finance department for payment of foreign trade expenses.
• Control receipt of imported cargo to generate tax receipt entries within the Foreign Trade System.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency
• Basic Spanish knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Understanding of ANVISA procedures
• Knowledge of Incoterms
• Understanding of maritime, air, and road transportation operations
• Advanced Excel skills are a plus
