Responsibilities and Duties

1. Development of Visual Projects
   • Create visual identity projects for new stores, renovations, distribution centers, and offices.
   • Develop visual narratives that reflect the brand's positioning.
   • Prepare design briefs with clear concepts and objectives.
   • Update technical notebooks and existing projects based on operational improvements.
2. Support in the Implementation of New Units
   • Monitor the installation of visual communication decor in new stores.
   • Gather quantities based on architectural projects.
   • Conduct technical visits to identify visual needs and opportunities.
3. Technical Production and Execution
   • Create solutions for POS, including layout, signage, displays, and ambiance.
   • Work with suppliers to ensure correct production of pieces.
   • Support the coordination of visual execution, ensuring standardization and quality.
   • Interpret architectural plans and translate them into applicable visual solutions.
4. Research and Innovation
   • Research references, market trends, and new materials.
   • Develop conceptual projects for stands, displays, and promotional spaces.
   • Coordinate with legal for regional legislation compliance of layouts.
5. Organization and Results
   • Contribute to monitoring area indicators.
   • Participate in alignment meetings with partner areas and suppliers.
   • Support the team in strategic deliveries with critical vision and focus on the final result.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Complete Higher Education;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and intermediate Power BI (not mandatory but a plus);
• Advanced skills in Corel Draw, Illustrator, AutoCAD, 3D Max, and Photoshop;
• Electronic modeling – optional but a plus;
• Availability for travel and flexible hours;
• Immediate availability.
