Job type: Full-time employee

Develop activities under supervision, providing legal support to the company for the prevention and resolution of lawsuits related to tax, civil, labor, and other matters. Responsibilities include monitoring actions, hearings, organizing documents for cases, and defending the company's interests ethically.

Under supervision and guidance, draft and analyze contracts of any nature, handle signatures, registrations, distribution, settlement, and archiving.

Exercise technical leadership of the team. Provide legal advice on any complexity issues.

Gather and provide information from third parties regarding ongoing processes and relevant occurrences.

Engage in legal collection of pending issues, bankruptcy actions, and enforcement proceedings.

Support other departments, especially HR, in hiring processes and services. Handle administrative procedures before public agencies.

Prepare, analyze, and review documents such as powers of attorney, prepositions, unilateral terms, confidentiality agreements, proposals, declarations, among others.

Keep updated on legislative changes and jurisprudential developments, guiding colleagues accordingly. Lead the drafting and analysis of contracts.

Mediate negotiations with clients and suppliers. Ensure appropriate actions are taken to prevent unnecessary legal and administrative demands.

Manage the judicial recovery processes for clients.

Handle receipt of notifications, represent the company's interests in civil, tax, commercial, and labor proceedings.

Study and interpret each legal case or action, assess legal viability, issue opinions, and adopt appropriate procedures.

Draft and analyze contracts, powers of attorney, declarations, and other documents related to legal and commercial relationships.

Represent the company in hearings, proceedings, and judgments.

Assist in maintaining the interface with external law firms.

Analyze and prepare contracts, notices, appeals, drafts, and opinions of lesser complexity.

Support the preparation, analysis, and control of powers of attorney and administrative appeals.

Contribute to risk analysis and legal research in legislation, doctrine, and jurisprudence.

Participate in hearings under guidance when necessary.

Defend the company's interests ethically in litigations, including labor claims, tax actions, indemnity claims, contractual disputes, environmental actions, traffic fines, and other administrative defenses.

Monitor case progress in relevant jurisdictions.

Guide processes managed by third parties.

Oversee the company's corporate structure and contractual or statutory amendments.

Draft and review service contracts.

Oversee notarial services such as public deeds of purchase and sale, alienation, loans, and others.

Guide and oversee the gathering of legal documents for process instructions and organize the legal archive.

Monitor labor lawsuits.

Conduct legal research related to company interests.

Stay updated on legal areas through publications, research, courses, and other sources.

Support, analyze, and monitor administrative and judicial processes, preparing defenses, regularizing, and ensuring legal compliance.

Control processes by action type, value, location, involved parties, court, hearing, current status, and document archiving.

Attend to inspections, receive notifications, infractions, resolutions, and necessary follow-up.

Advise management and directors on all legal aspects.

Coordinate with third-party services and control documentation related to activities.

Perform activities respecting safety, health, and environmental standards, using PPE and reporting risks.

Align activities with company values, policies, procedures, focusing on organizational goals, confidentiality, and information security.

Maintain discipline in the 5S program to ensure a safe work environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Law.
