Activities - Opportunity 1

• Guidance and monitoring of the regularization, paralegal, and project teams.
• Monitoring and resolution of state, federal, and municipal pending issues.
• Handling emails and responses to clients.
• Managing notifications, notices of infraction, and responses to inspections.
• Client meetings.
• Providing status reports to the area manager and clients.
• Monitoring projects, controlling schedules, and team training.
• Knowledge of ancillary obligations and taxes across all levels.

Activities - Opportunity 2

Calculations of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and withholding taxes, along with ancillary obligations such as EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, EFD Reinf, DCTFWEB, using systems like Totvs/Protheus.

Activities - Opportunity 3

Calculations of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and withholding taxes, along with obligations like EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contributions, EFD Reinf, DCTFWEB, using SAP/TAX ONE systems.

Technical Skills

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Previous experience in the fiscal area.
• Generalist in fiscal matters.
• Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Macros, Access, Databases, and Programming Logic will be a differential.
• Good communication and proactivity.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
