Our client is an accounting firm operating in Itajaí, serving small and medium-sized clients. The firm aims to provide consultative and strategic services that add value to clients and offer better business insights.

The professional will perform activities related to the fiscal department, including:

1. Customer service via phone, email, and in person;
2. Calculation and declaration of municipal, state, and federal taxes (Dime, Sped Fiscal, Sped Contribuição);
3. Stay updated on laws and interpretations;
4. Review companies under different tax regimes and industrial ICMS ST;
5. Calculate taxes, create tax simulations, and provide consultancy to resolve routine doubts;
6. Assist with the bookkeeping of invoices, reductions, and tax calculations;
7. Analyze tax values, generate necessary reports, and ensure compliance with EFD ICMS/IPI and EFD files;
8. Handle PIS and COFINS contributions, product registration, and tax analysis.

Requirements:

1. Complete higher education in Accounting;
2. Experience with companies taxed under Lucro Real and Presumido regimes;
3. Knowledge of all fiscal routines and legislation;
4. Experience with Questor and Protheus systems is a plus;
5. Intermediate Excel skills;
6. Minimum 4 years of experience in the fiscal area;
7. Skills in agility, organization, interpersonal relationships, and communication.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8am-12pm and 1pm-6pm
• Friday: 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm
