About the Role

• Support in customer service with agility and clarity in communication between clients and internal teams;
• Analysis and invoicing of services
• Ensure that transactions are correctly documented and in compliance
• Collaborate between different teams and ensure the fluidity of administrative and financial operations
• Review documents and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations

Experience

• Previous experience of 2 years in financial roles, such as Financial Analyst or related areas.
• Experience in customer service, financial analysis, accounts receivable, and service invoicing.
• Desirable experience in financial analysis, contact with Banking Institutions, accounts receivable, and service invoicing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields.
• Intermediate or higher level of English is a plus.
• Availability to go to the office in Londrina 3 times a week.
