Responsibilities and assignments

Objectives of the role

Execute complex activities in the area, including analysis and optimization of financial and operational performance of Supergasbras, working closely with finance, operations, planning, and control teams to evaluate and improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the company's financial performance, develop detailed reports on financial performance, and provide analytical support for strategic decision-making.
• Handle inventory entries and exits.
• Maintain financial and operational models to evaluate current performance and forecast future results.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and inefficiencies. Organize, prepare, and monitor procedures and documents related to financial transactions, ensuring compliance with established processes.
• Develop, guide, and control the preparation of management reports to ensure the availability of financial information and project progress, supporting decision-making processes.
• Assist in scenario analysis and projecting financial impacts for different strategies and business decisions. Report managerial information to SHV and SHVE as per the schedule, including preparing reports and executive presentations with insights and recommendations.
• Control performance indicators, analyze reports from responsible areas, evaluate performance metrics, and establish corrective actions, strategy revisions, and process reorientations if needed.
• Ensure dissemination of the company's mission, values, and work philosophy by promoting awareness and adherence among staff, emphasizing conduct, ethics, and professionalism to align teams with corporate guidelines.

Minimum requirements

• Complete higher education in related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Power BI skills.
