• Main responsibilities of the VDS Business Strategy Team:
• Prepare materials and messages for executives to ensure successful interactions with the Embraer Board of Directors (internal environment) and with Customers (external environment).
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate management governance processes.
• Promote an integrated and positive communication environment within the Business Unit and with all partner areas.
• Coordinate and execute Business Unit events to engage the VDS Team and partners.
• Define, create, consolidate, and validate internal and external Business Strategies to support sales, revenue, profitability, and cash growth.
• Engage the entire VDS Team in these efforts, communicate effectively, and help prioritize efforts based on VDS Leadership directives.
• Coordinate and integrate business growth projects in Strategic Markets.
• Collaborate with the Controllership Team on short to medium-term Business Results Management and medium to long-term Strategic Plans.
• Support leadership with Budget and Strategy planning and follow-up.
• Assist in Action Plan execution and monitor progress.
• Support budget planning and execution for the department and VDS.
