• Apoiar a criação de conteúdo e documentação de treinamento.
• Atuar como instrutor de treinamentos presenciais e práticos.
• Coordenar as tarefas diárias das equipes de desenvolvimento de conteúdo.

As Training Analyst - Digital Automation, your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the creation of training content and documentation for Automation and Digitalization.
• Acting as an instructor for specific instructor-led and hands-on training at Metris Academy, for both internal and external clients.
• Supporting the development of new training paths and technical documentation for the entire Automation and Digitalization product portfolio, acting as an SME in the application and execution of projects.
• Coordinating daily tasks of content development teams and instructional designers.
• Supporting coordination with AD SMEs.
• Assisting in the development of the AD Knowledgebase.
• Supporting the development of technical documentation for AD products.
• Managing release of technical documentation for all Metris products.
• Leading global Metris Key User Workshops.
• Aligning client requirements and suggestions with Metris Product Management and R&D teams.
• Supporting bilateral educational collaborations with universities and technical high schools globally.
• Specializing to act as an instructor on key topics like industrial control, analysis, and ML platforms at Metris.
• Supporting lifecycle management of the platform and L&D solutions for all AD products.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Knowledge of major industrial sectors related to ANDRITZ Business Areas.
• Practical experience with Metris platforms.
• Proven experience teaching complex and technical topics in Automation and Digitalization.
• Good public speaking and teaching skills.
• Proficiency and fluency in English.

We expect the following education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
