Planned and executed route adjustments for raw milk collection from 08 factories located in SP, MG, and RJ.

• Conducted driver training, optimized routes, monitored the project, and addressed any issues;

• Resolved transportation problems in the area, ensuring collection schedules and fleet capacity were met;

• Ensured compliance with sector standards, processes, routines, and policies;

• Ensured activities adhered to environmental procedures, health and safety norms, and legal requirements;

• Contributed to daily ethical and sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact, promote resource rationalization, and increase stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Essential experience in Milk Collection Logistics; knowledge of purchasing processes and negotiations is desirable;

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Logistics, or related fields; postgraduate in Administration, Agronomy, or Logistics is a plus;

• Experience with Roadnet system and proficiency in MS Office;

Work Location: 100% on-site at Parque Anhanguera, São Paulo/SP.
