Responsibilities and Duties

• Audit all received CT-es and transportation knowledge, validating freight calculation, additional charges, taxes, withholdings, and specific rules per client, route, or channel.
• Check if the amounts billed by carriers align with current contractual tables (by weight, range, cubage, regionalization, etc.).
• Perform reconciliation of fiscal documents with operational data recorded in TMS, ERP, and order platforms (VTEX, Salesforce, etc.).
• Identify inconsistencies, billing discrepancies, and work with suppliers to correct them before payment.
• Monitor audit KPIs (e.g., percentage of discrepancies, money saved, validation deadlines).
• Validate proper accounting and tax allocation of logistics costs (ICMS, ANTT, GRIS, tolls, insurance).
• Support monthly logistics cost closing with the finance/control department.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience with freight auditing and financial reconciliation in the transportation sector.
• Solid knowledge of transportation taxation (ICMS, CFOP, CST, withholdings, CIOT, ANTT).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial formulas) and familiarity with ERPs and TMS.
• Experience with automation or BI tools for large-scale auditing (Power BI, Alteryx, etc.) is desirable.
• Knowledge of electronic fiscal documents (CT-e, MDF-e, NF-e).
