Responsibilities and duties

• Plan annual safety actions;
• Conduct training sessions according to the annual schedule;
• Perform safety inspections within the unit;
• Monitor the CIPA to ensure legal compliance;
• Be an ambassador for compliance with current legal requirements;
• Oversee safety management of partners in the unit;
• Follow up on periodic examinations;
• Manage accident and safety-related information;
• Improve risk analysis for different sales routes;
• Ensure safety conditions for vehicle users and operational teams;
• Create action plans to reduce accidents and unsafe conditions;
• Monitor partners' compliance with safety requirements;
• Disseminate safety process knowledge to 100% of employees.

Requirements and qualifications

• Desired skills: Good interpersonal relationship skills;
• Education: Complete Higher Education;
• Knowledge in Word and Excel;
• Driver's License: A/B;
• Mobility: Willing to travel once or twice a week to Caruaru;
• Flexibility: Will serve two operations (Cabo de Santo Agostinho + Caruaru).
