Responsibilities and duties:

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes for the unit;
• Plan and organize candidate attraction activities;
• Conduct interviews, coordinate committees, receive documentation, and oversee onboarding and external work processes;
• Connect the HR department with other company sectors, supporting strategic people management and internal client service;
• Assist in implementing and executing HR processes within the unit;
• Other related duties.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Driver's license category B is a plus;
• Experience in Recruitment and Selection (R&S) is desirable.
