Job Description


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Act as the key HR contact for your location, overseeing onboardings, internal processes, offboardings and addressing location-specific matters;

  • Think HR as a partner for the business, looking for new ways to conduct processes to add value to the company;

  • Identify needs on learning, development, culture, satisfaction and engagement + Design, implement and support new initiatives related to satisfying such needs in the locations under your scope;

  • Participate in growing corporate culture (i.e. organizing corporate events);

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues and escalations;

  • Close and effective cooperation with other departments, including Engineering, Finance and Legal;

  • Mentor, coach and provide guidance to people managers on company processes;

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Analytics team to develop solutions, programs, and improvement opportunities.


MUST HAVES


  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources roles;

  • Upper-Intermediate English (ability to fluently communicate in English);

  • Highly developed listening and communication skills;

  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills;

  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities so as to use time efficiently;

  • Energetic, proactive and very well-organized person, with a strong sense of ownership;

  • Demonstrate discretion and judgment while working with sensitive and confidential materials;

  • Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as in general people management tasks;

  • Experience in dealing with people and facilitating stressful situations.


NICE TO HAVES


  • Experience in an IT company (Desired);

  • G Suite tools knowledge;

  • Experience with HRM systems;

  • A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;
