We are looking for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to work at our corporate office in Morumbi / SP.

Hybrid Regime: 3 days in person and 2 days remote.

Will act with the Central America countries (Costa Rica, Aruba, Curaçao, Panama, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador).

Job Mission:

Coordinate the company's compensation policy according to the reference market and corporate policies. Develop compensation programs to meet the organization's objectives and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage compensation programs that support business objectives, and develop policies and procedures to enhance the area.
  • Coordinate and implement the Annual Incentive Program and Variable Compensation Program for the sales force, aligning with the company's financial planning, budget provision, communication, and goal setting, including calculations, results dissemination, and informing eligible employees about their bonuses.
  • Conduct Compensation and Benefits surveys and propose corrective actions for any deviations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement salary reviews, revise and issue tables according to the Hay methodology.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, salary change simulations, and impact assessments, identifying opportunities and proposing actions aligned with the company's salary structure and policies.
  • Participate in salary and benefits surveys and advise the Compensation Manager on handling information.
  • Assist HR generalist areas and Business Units with individual salary issues.
  • Support budget exercises and provide salary increase forecasts.
  • Consolidate and report to LatAm management all HR subsystem information, such as salary relations, organizational structure, KPIs, headcount, turnover, and variable pay tracking.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Advanced English and Spanish skills - mandatory.

Experience:

  • Solid experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Experience with survey methodologies (Hay or Mercer).
  • Experience in the chemical industry is a plus.
