Responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational activities across various HR functions, focusing on recruitment and selection, training and development, personnel administration, organizational climate, and engagement actions.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes for different levels (administrative, technical, and legal), including:
- Aligning profiles with managers and team leaders;
- Writing and posting job openings on appropriate channels;
- Screening resumes, conducting competency interviews, and applying behavioral and technical tests;
- Preparing assessment reports and profiles;
- Using AI-powered recruitment tools;
- Providing feedback to candidates and monitoring stages until onboarding.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
- Identify and map training and development needs, contributing to the design and implementation of training programs.
- Support in managing organizational climate and culture, as well as performance evaluation processes.
- Assist with routine personnel administration tasks such as:
- Timekeeping;
- Vacation management;
- Hiring and termination processes;
- Benefits administration;
- Payroll processing.
- Prepare HR reports and indicators to support decision-making.
- Support internal communication, employer branding, and external partner relations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields;
- Previous experience in HR, preferably in law firms or service companies;
- Proficiency in competency-based interviews;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of recruitment tools with technology (ATS, AI, tests, etc.);
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
Differentials:
- Experience with legal profiles;
- Postgraduate degree in People Management, Organizational Psychology, or related areas.
