Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of auto parts with extensive purchasing experience.
- Technical education in the field is desirable.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Broad knowledge of technologies and operating systems for quotations and item comparisons.
- Plan, analyze, and execute administrative activities related to your specific area of expertise.
- Support immediate leadership by preparing management and operational reports, gathering and preparing information to assist decision-making by Coordination and Management.
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (POPs) related to your activities and related tasks.
- Provide various support services to colleagues, addressing and resolving demands or forwarding them to relevant areas.
- Generate and monitor area indicators, evaluate results, conduct critical analysis, and propose and implement process improvement actions.
- Attend to maintenance requests (building, equipment, and furniture), ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist in negotiations of contracts with suppliers alongside the Coordination.
- Analyze and prepare supplier contracts based on standard templates provided by the Process Core sector, ensuring compliance and identifying needs for modifications and improvements.
- Seek new suppliers and products to support the Purchasing department and expand service providers.
- Perform external services for purchases and other tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams when necessary.
- Travel to Piloto's branches when requested, in case of incidents or other needs.
- Perform other related activities as assigned, according to your operational unit and work nature.
