Requirements and Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of auto parts with extensive purchasing experience.
2. Technical education in the field is desirable.
3. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
4. Broad knowledge of technologies and operating systems for quotations and item comparisons.
5. Plan, analyze, and execute administrative activities related to your specific area of expertise.
6. Support immediate leadership by preparing management and operational reports, gathering and preparing information to assist decision-making by Coordination and Management.
7. Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (POPs) related to your activities and related tasks.
8. Provide various support services to colleagues, addressing and resolving demands or forwarding them to relevant areas.
9. Generate and monitor area indicators, evaluate results, conduct critical analysis, and propose and implement process improvement actions.
10. Attend to maintenance requests (building, equipment, and furniture), ensuring timely delivery.
11. Assist in negotiations of contracts with suppliers alongside the Coordination.
12. Analyze and prepare supplier contracts based on standard templates provided by the Process Core sector, ensuring compliance and identifying needs for modifications and improvements.
13. Seek new suppliers and products to support the Purchasing department and expand service providers.
14. Perform external services for purchases and other tasks as needed.
15. Coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams when necessary.
16. Travel to Piloto's branches when requested, in case of incidents or other needs.
17. Perform other related activities as assigned, according to your operational unit and work nature.
