Job Description

The professional will be responsible for supporting the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) area of the Real Estate division.

Activities:

1. Construct financial models for investment return analysis and asset valuation.
2. Prepare budgets and monitor budget vs. actual performance.
3. Support the development of relevant analyses to assist executive decision-making.
4. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.

Requirements:

1. Complete degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Finance.
3. Experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Financial Planning.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
6. Analytical profile.
