Qualificações

• Educação superior em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas relacionadas.
• Experiência em gerenciamento orçamentário e planejamento de despesas.
• Proficiente em Excel e conhecimento desejável em Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar, desenvolver e controlar orçamentos.
• Planejar e monitorar despesas, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.
• Preparar e apresentar relatórios para a equipe executiva.

Conhecimentos

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budget Management: Develop, manage, and control budgets to ensure efficient allocation of financial resources.
2. Capex and Opex: Manage capital (Capex) and operational expenses (Opex), ensuring alignment with company objectives.
3. Spending Planning: Develop expenditure plans that meet company needs, prioritizing investments and resource optimization.
4. Expense Monitoring: Track and control expenses, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
5. Goal Monitoring: Track company performance against set goals, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
6. Executive Presentations: Prepare and present reports and analyses for the executive team, providing strategic information for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Higher education in Engineering, Administration, or related fields
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Analytical and organized profile
• Desirable knowledge in Power BI
