Team Overview

Our Operations Specialist will help building the 99’s Logistics Governance team, focused on creating and ensuring the quality standards per category, improving user's value perception, and defining behavior-control driven policies. Being part of the Operations team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies ever. This data driven role calls for a combination of consumer inspired analytical thinking & interpersonal ability and day to day operations execution.

Role Responsibilities

• Design the Logistics Service Control strategy, making sure quality drives trust and raising potential mitigation plans for critical risks;
• Support the area leader on building the scope and capabilities from ground up;
• Improving user's value perception by creating and ensuring the quality standards and optimal service level;
• Defining behavior driven policies using education and control tactics, especially for Logistic partners;
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in platform policies;
• Periodically review policies to ensure compliance with local laws and industry standards.

Role Qualifications

• Advanced English;
• At least 2 years experience on Logistics apps Operations is desired;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making;
• Master Excel business analytics;
• Hands-on approach with bias to action;
• Independent and strong critical thinking;
• Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit.
