About the opportunity:

Alcoa is seeking a Mid-Level Maintenance Analyst to join our team at the Alumar unit in São Luís, Maranhão. The responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring maintenance indicators are met and leading the monthly critical analysis process;
  • Aligning activities and available resources within the company;
  • Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities, including reports on key events and improvement opportunities;
  • Participating in the maintenance budget planning, providing cost estimates for projects;
  • Monitoring costs against the budget;
  • Ensuring maintenance reports are issued, reporting all indicators, and leading weekly critical analysis;
  • Seeking planning alternatives to reduce time and costs while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards to ensure operational excellence of mechanical equipment across operational centers, following ABS management concepts.

Qualifications:

  • Complete higher education in Engineering or related fields;
  • Intermediate English skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking) - desirable;
  • Experience in Industrial Maintenance Planning;
  • Proficiency in computer skills, quality management, and maintenance software.
